The main feature of this release is much better support for third-party modules. We added a support for shipping and payment modules. Custom modules can now redefine the template of any action or change the standard forms before it gets rendered.

Step by step upgrade instructions:

1. Unpack the new Axis version over the old one
2. Navigate to administrative panel to cache management: http://example.com/admin/cache
3. Press disable all button
4. Go to modules management: http://example.com/admin/module
5. Press the 'Upgrade All' button in the left side of the grid
6. Upgrade completed. Now you can turn on the cache if you need it

Axis has a buit-in support for product specifications. Usually specifications are used to shortly describe the product features like screen size, color, isbn etc.

In some cases you need to output the property as a link, image or video. And sometimes you’ll be needed to output the property in the separate location (custom product tab, for example). In this tutorial I will tell you how to solve this two problems.
