Установите значение SetEnv APPLICATION_ENV development в файле .htaccess
Вместо "белой страницы" будут выведены ошибки.
Тогда будет понятно, что не работает.
Что то проругалось..

Что-то не так?
Как появилась эта ошибка?
Ошибка была из-за неправильных настроек на хостинге, не правильно указали размер "Allowed memory size" в php.ini, 4мб вместо положенных 128мб. Теперь все работает корректно.
