admin/core/config_value: extjs table - VALUE column

Hello Vova,

config entries of types 'core/option_boolean' or 'select' (like account/main/defaultCustomerGroup) do not show full text descriptions (Yes/No, customerGroupName..) but integer values (1/0, customer_group_id...).

Yes, it works as it did in 0.8.6.
