blank page "checkout/onestep"

just updated a test server to the trunk version.

every thing is ok, but have a blank "checkout/onestep"page.
there is no log in the php.log file.

add an order from the adminside, after choose the shipping method ,it not automatic computation the shipping fee. maybe it is a bug. thanks.

still have issue.

can not choose "Country * ". other thing seams is ok.

if Country_id_allow is set to 0, will can not choose "Country * ",will checkout,other thing seams is ok,
if Country_id_allow is set to other Country,such as 223(US) , thing will be ok,
