In EU the tax is calculated on the seller's country. So I would like the price of the product displayed on the front office is displayed with VAT. Is it possible or I have to modified the code ?

It's not possible without modifying the code.
The main problem is that the price helper (library/Axis/View/Helper/Price.php) doesn't know what product is rendered now, and what tax should be applied.
I think the price helper should be changed to accept the product instance instead of plain price and do the calculation of the taxes.
I think it will be nice to have this feature in next version.
You can change helper and add an optional parameter "tax_class_id".
=> public function price($price, $priceDiscount = false, $code = '', $taxClassId=false).
And also add a config value like Magento => Show prices with VAT : Yes/No ?
